What does the annual inspection include?
The comprehensive annual inspection includes assessment of shingle condition, flashing and valley inspection, ventilation system check, chimney and pipe boot evaluation, and a check for signs of moisture issues. You'll receive a detailed report with photographs and recommendations.
How does the one free service call work?
Your annual free service call can be used for minor repairs, adjustments, or assessments that would normally incur a service fee. This can include tightening loose flashing, replacing a few damaged shingles, or addressing minor leaks. Additional service calls are subject to standard rates less your 15% member discount.
