What is the difference between Gold and Platinum plans?
The Gold plan includes semi-annual inspections versus the Platinum's quarterly inspections. Gold members receive 48-hour response time (versus 24-hour), 20% discount on repairs (versus 25%), $1,000 service credit (versus $1,500), and emergency service during business hours only. It's an excellent balance of protection and value.
How are the two free service calls applied?
Gold members receive two service calls per year that don't count against their annual service credit. These can be used for minor repairs, adjustments, or assessments that would normally incur a service fee. Additional service calls beyond the two free ones are subject to standard service rates, less your 20% member discount.
Does the Gold plan include infrared scanning?
While infrared scanning is an exclusive feature of our Platinum plan, Gold plan members receive an annual drone inspection with professional photography to document your roof's condition and identify potential issues visible from above.
Can I upgrade from Gold to Platinum later?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The upgrade will take effect immediately, and your billing will be adjusted accordingly. Many customers start with Gold and upgrade to Platinum after experiencing the benefits of our protection plans.
